Where We Come From

We come from the analytical instrumentation industry. Not as outsiders trying to sell technology into it — we grew up in it. 30 years of working with labs, refineries, pharmaceutical plants, and food production facilities. That's where we first saw the problem.

The people who really understood the equipment — the ones who could tell you which analyzer to use for a specific ASTM method, what accessories it needed, what the installation looked like — those people were rare. And when they retired or moved on, that knowledge went with them. New hires spent years trying to catch up. Clients waited days for answers that a senior engineer could have given in minutes.

We built the first system to solve that problem internally. A private intelligence system deployed inside a real company with $30-40M in annual revenue, covering 500+ analytical instruments across 32 manufacturers, running entirely on-premise. No cloud. No external dependencies.

It worked. And we realized that every company with deep institutional knowledge faces this same problem — regardless of the industry.
