The Challenge
A company with over 30 years in its industry had a problem that no software on the market could solve. Their sales and technical teams relied on knowledge that lived in the heads of a handful of senior people. Hundreds of products, dozens of manufacturers, thousands of specs and methods, all of it learned over years on the job. On top of that, years of client relationships, installed equipment, past sales, and service history were spread across spreadsheets, emails, and the memories of people who'd been there long enough to remember. When someone new joined, it took them years to get up to speed. When a client asked a complex question, the answer depended on whether the right person was available.
The Solution
We built a private intelligence system that holds all of that knowledge and actually reasons through it.
A system that understands products, applications, methods, regulatory requirements, and client context — and puts together real answers the way a veteran employee would. When connected to a company's CRM, ERP, or inventory systems, it goes further, generating quotes, drafting emails with full context of the client relationship, and checking or adjusting inventory in real time.
It works in two languages. It runs entirely on the company's own infrastructure, nothing leaves the building.
